You must also certify that the followint are all true:
- I am a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident
- I am not a Federal Government contractor
- These are my personal funds, not from a corporation, foreign national, or any labor union and that I will not be reibursed by any person for this donation
- My total donations to Brian Hefner will not exceed $2300 individual ($4600 per couple) for each election.
Federal Election donations are not tax deductible.
